Payment Options

Direct Debit

The direct debit facility helps ensure you never miss a payment. Simply set up an automatic monthly payment to your 28 Degrees MasterCard account from your savings or cheque account. (Please note, you can’t make payments with a credit card or a charge card.)


Each month, we debit the nominated amount from your nominated account.

BPAY ®

You can pay your 28 Degrees MasterCard account anytime, day or night, using your bank's telephone or internet banking service. Please remember, payments are only processed during your banks designated hours. So, you’ll need to make sure you complete your transaction before your bank’s cut off time on your due date.

 

Simply quote the 28 Degrees MasterCard Biller Code (150615), your Account Number (located on your statement) and the amount you wish to pay.

By Mail

You can pay your account by cheque or money order. Please do not send cash. Make it payable to – 28 Degrees MasterCard.


Then send the payment, with your tear-off payment slip found at the bottom of your statement to:

Australia Post

You can pay your account at any Post Office. Remember to take your statement with you. A payment handling fee of $2.00 applies to each transaction.

An account you don’t need a translator for

We want to make managing your money easy so we make it easy to find what you need to know. We will send you a monthly statement whenever you use your card. Each statement will show the transactions made over the last month and the minimum monthly payment required.

The minimum monthly payment is either 2.5% of the total outstanding balance, or $30, whichever is greater. Your statement will also ask you to pay any overdue or over limit amounts.


Making payments is easy too.

Paying your account is so easy, you can do it from the other side of the world. With 28 Degrees MasterCard, it's easy to make payments when you need. Just choose the method that suits you best: direct debit, BPAY, by mail or in person.
